I am a teacher of Transcendental Meditation. I am psychologist (cand.psych.) and physiotherapist. I have been meditating since I was 12 years old and I started teaching meditation when I was 17. Since 2012 I have taught more than 700 people how to meditate TM.

My TM courses are available in Denmark (Copenhagen and Charlottenlund), occasionally in Slovakia, and on request in other countries. I do courses for private persons and for companies.

A course in Stress Management and Transcendental Meditation consists of an introductory lecture (1 hour) and four meetings of about 1½ hours each. Upon request I offer several free follow-up meetings (can be on phone or Skype) during the following three months.
